Where music, magic, and the moon align—immerse yourself in the rhythm of the wild
This project focused on creating the Wild Moon music festival's branding and visual identity. I selected the genre, researched its audience, and designed the logo, clientele persona, advertising materials, and merchandise. The project was an individual effort, and I used Adobe Illustrator and InDesign to bring my vision to life.
I wanted to design a festival that celebrated women in music. The lineup featured an all-female lineup headlined by Stevie Nicks, an icon of empowerment. The rest of the lineup included powerhouse women from the '70s to today. Inspired by spirituality and mysticism, I incorporated tarot cards, crystal balls, and moon phases to create a dreamy, celestial atmosphere.

Concept: I defined the festival’s core themes of empowerment, spirituality, and feminine energy through branding and concept development.
Logo Design: I designed a logo incorporating a crescent moon and cloud motif that symbolize transformation, renewal, and connection, which align perfectly with the festivals mission.
Colour Palette: I established a soft, analogous colour palette to evoke a calming, inclusive, and celestial atmosphere through all brand assets.
Illustration & Imagery: I created central illustrations of empowerment, ethereal female figures and magical desert landscapes to build a dreamlike narrative.
Advertising Design: I developed a poster and billboard that blend organic desert landscapes with fantasy elements, tying nature to mysticism. These ads promote both the vibe and location and overall atmosphere of the festival.
Merchandise: I designed physical keepsakes for the festival including affirmation-style tickets, branded kombucha, a retro festival T-shirt and tote, an exclusive festival vinyl record and customized tarot cards. Each piece emphasizes intention, empowerment, and collectibility.
Brand Cohesion: I ensured consistent symbolism across all assets to deliver an immersive brand experience. The balance between grounded natural visuals and surreal, spiritual elements reinforces the festival’s identity.

The Wild Moon Festival project taught me the importance of building a brand world that speaks not just visually, but emotionally. Through a combination of mystical iconography, soft colour choices, and nostalgic typography, I was able to craft a cohesive identity rooted in celebration, empowerment, and connection. Designing across all touchpoints, from print ads to merchandise, pushed me to think holistically about how audiences experience a brand both physically and emotionally. This project sharpened my skills in storytelling through design, and reaffirmed the power of creating visuals that resonate with both intention and heart.
